Ohio is where this gets built.
CNBC named Ohio the #1 state for business in 2026. New Albany, my hometown, is building out as the Silicon Heartland, and OhioX named me to the 2026 AI 25, the leaders shaping Ohio's AI economy.
Why here
The Heart of It All, literally.
Intel is building two chip fabs forty minutes from where I live, the same growth that made New Albany the Silicon Heartland and pushed Ohio to CNBC's number one ranking for business this year.
Ohio's official tagline has been The Heart of It All for years. This is the first time it has looked like an understatement.
In the room
I have spent my career in these rooms: schools, unconferences, boardrooms, doing the work before anyone was watching. OhioX named me to the 2026 AI 25, twenty five leaders shaping Ohio's AI economy.
AI Horizons at Ohio Stadium and the work with a public school district happen in the same twenty mile radius as those fabs. Different building, same commitment.
The work
AI Horizons
An executive unconference for Central Ohio, held at Ohio Stadium in April 2026. Built so leaders could say the quiet parts to each other rather than listen to vendors.
OhioX
Named to the AI 25, Leaders Shaping Ohio's AI Economy, in 2026.
High school students
Sessions with a public school district on what the machine will and will not do for them, before anyone teaches them to outsource the thinking.
The machine keeps getting smarter. My job is to make sure the human does too.

Booking
Working in Central Ohio.
Civic events, schools, and nonprofit rooms are handled differently from corporate bookings. Say so in the request and it will be treated that way.
