Speaking

One argument.
Many rooms.

Srini gives one keynote and adapts it to the audience in front of him. The argument does not change. The room does.

Signature keynote

Think with AI.
Lead with Judgment.

60 minutes. Tuned to the room, in advance, with you.

Most rooms have already heard that AI is going to change everything. That talk has been given. This one asks a harder question, which is what a person stops being able to do once the machine will do it for them, and what that costs an organization two or three years later when the judgment is needed and is no longer there.

  1. Atrophy

What happens when you use AI without thinking with it. Not a failure anyone notices on the day it starts.

  2. The Rust Belt

What that erosion looks like at scale, over twenty years. The original Rust Belt was never really about steel. It was about what became of people and places after the thing that built their capability moved somewhere else.

  3. Judgment

What prevents it, and why judgment is the thing leaders are actually paid for. Not the answer. The decision about the answer.

  4. The turn

Columbus is the proof that a region comes back through deliberate reinvention rather than nostalgia. Atrophy is not destiny. Rooms leave with the work, not the dread.

The range

The same argument, in very different rooms.

Anyone can claim a keynote works for executives. The harder proof is that the same argument holds in a boardroom and in a high school gym. It means the ideas are load-bearing and not decoration.

  • Executive teams
  • Software engineers
  • University students
  • Athletes
  • Public audiences
  • High school students

Formats

AI is the car. The human is the driver.

Five ways to work with a room, from a single keynote to sustained work over two sessions. Longer formats put hands on the wheel rather than leaving an audience listening.
