Doctorate in Business Administration, in progress. The dissertation asks what AI Fluency actually does to employee outcomes inside hybrid human and AI teams, with a live corporate field site rather than a survey panel.

Most claims made about AI and the workforce right now are made without evidence, in either direction. The research is an attempt to put one honest number next to an argument he has been making from experience.
